I didn't mean to dress James in the mismatched oranges. He had on a white shirt, but got it filthy and we just put the closest, clean shirt we could find on him. :)
I bought the kids a swing set with some of my tax money. William promised to have it up this past Sunday, but it rained so he did what he could inside, one of which was the slide. So he set the slide up on the stairs and we let them slide down it.
I guess I shouldn't have said the pictures were coming "soon". :) The good news is that I got a new camera for Mother's Day. And downloading the pictures aren't nearly the pain in the butt that they were with my old camera, so maybe I won't avoid doing it now. Since its been so long since I've updated, in case some of you don't know, I quit my job at TAP and am now the parish secretary for our church. I work part time and the hours are the same that Megan is in school, so it works out well. William's shop closed and he got moved to another shop and was put on second shift, so that really sucks. He watches James during the day and my mom covers the hour between when he has to leave and I get home from work. So Megan and I only see him on weekends now. Its not a good situation and I hope that he'll get a first shift job again soon. Megan got glasses, which you will see in the pictures. She has one bad eye. Her good eye has been taking over so there were no apparent vision problems. Luckily she happened to tell my mom she had trouble seeing when she closed one eye. So now she has one lens that is extremely thick and one that has almost no correction in it at all. She has to wear a patch every night to strengthen up her eye and the doctor wants her to get a contact as soon as possible. Kindergarten will be over in about 3 weeks. She's done extremely well. She's starting to read on her own. She's been busy with Daisy girl scouts and will begin dance classes on June 17. She also wants to go to soccer camp this summer and we are going to get her swim lessons too, so it looks like it will be a busy summer for her. James is doing well. He has his 18 month check up tomorrow. He's still an ox and will eat just about anything. He's not talking much at all, so I'm going to talk to the doctor about that tomorrow. He's trouble though. He does not like to be contained. he's happiest when he's free to roam in large areas. He's obsessed with vacuum cleaners and Pa Pa's cane. I guess that's about everything. Here are some pictures from Mother's Day. I have more from between January and now but they are on the old camera and I don't want to load them on the computer so whenever I remember to take the discs somewhere and get them burned onto a cd, I'll put them on here. I'm not promising soon though. :)
